• Pooches Retreat offer a free no obligation consultation.
• If you are happy with our services, we will invite your dog for a trial session, this is to find out how they respond to the environment and surroundings whilst being around other dogs. It is important that your dog is settled and happy.
• We will check and keep a hard copy of your dogs vaccination card. It is vital that your dog receives flea and worming treatment on a regular basis. All dogs who attend must be micro- chipped.
• Pooches Retreat will NOT accept dogs with any anti social issues that may cause concern. Our priority is to keep all dogs safe in our care.
Please note we require a 10% deposit for Home Boarding bookings
We require a minimum attendance of one session per week for Day Care
For any cancellations, we require at least 48 hours notice or the charge will still be implented. This is to give the opportunity for the space to be given to another dog.
